I have begun working on an experimental encryption tool (alpha stages at the moment) codenamed The Fruitsalad Enigma, and returns the encoded message as a list of fruit (some exotic variants included). The encryption algorithm, as the name suggests, is inspired by the Enigma machine - used during World War II and cracked by a collaborative effort that included the Polish resistance and a team at Bletchley Park (Britain's wartime decryption centre).

By giving the seemingly useless interface item of facebook poking back its original power, which is to physically touch somebody, and even extending this function to an omnipresent poke-able state of the user, the project 'Poking Machine' asks how far we actually want the state of net-accessability to be able to intrude into our physical lives. 'Poking Machine' is a technical setup that pokes you whenever you are being poked on facebook, no matter where you are.

A FB-app in which real stories of people who find out FB monitoring or censoring contents are adapted so one's friends can become the protagonists. When using this app the user will be able to find his/her friends being confronted with FB tactics to monitor and control its users activities.
