I might be totally wrong but I have never seen or heard of Zizek's comprehensive internet theory, or read any references to it. I admit, it is hard to keep up to date with his writings. In general Zizek used to mix up virtual reality early nineties style as a media hype (with goggles, virtual sex, and so on), cyberspace (a term from the same mystical age of cyberculture), and the actual existing internet. I have seen him making this same mistake over the past years. As a critic of Google I would never recommend anyone doing a 'google search' in such a case and then draw conclusions from that. A lot of material is offline (his books, for instances...), and what is available online is rather random. Research cannot be outsources to a (corporate) structure like Google, but that's another matter altogether.

Oops! Zizek certainly talks at length about the internet, cyberspace and a number of other topics and tropes you believe to be absent in one of his fifty or so books. Quoting wikipedia is indeed rather a novel approach to cultural studies, but hardly counts as an event. I'd recommend doing at least a google search to check the data you posit as missing in his work before fetishising the apparent gaps and nominal mistakes in his oeuvre, or get the crew in silicon valley to include a 'research' button on your laptop.
