As an art project that represents a victory in itself, but if we evaluate the project in earnest then it is almost woth celebrating if the network of click-generating sites live on and make money without making any reference to GWEI. But I'll admit it smells funny, as long as GWEI maintains a strict separation between the collection sites and the project site. The GWEI project itself could be construed as click-fraud which could be a reasonable explanation for the block.
