In this archive you will find all the documentation on the Incommunicado 05 conference.

Incommunicado 05 was a conference about information technology for development, that was held in Amsterdam on June 15-17, 2005. The approach of the conference was to mix many approaches and viewpoints to understand this working towards a critical survey of the current state of ‘info-development’, also known as the catchy acronym ‘ICT4D’ (ICT for development). Incommunicado 05 was organized by the Institute of Network Cultures, in collaboration with Sarai and Waag Society.
