Mokum Kraakt presents Pak Mokum Terug: woonstrijd in een krakende stad – a new book about the current housing struggle and squatting movement, made by activists.Pak Mokum Terug tells you how to squat a house, how to organise a rent strike, how to fight gentrification and how to reclaim the city. Consisting of essays, interviews, visual stories and much more, it compiles the insights of a large variety of activists and collectives from all over Amsterdam who each in their own way contribute to the housing struggle.
Come to the book launch on 15 June for talks by AFGA, Hidaya Nampiima and Soumeya Bazi, performances by tijdelijke toon and a choir of fighting songs, drinks and books!
