IAM open course ware

AM open course ware is an initiative of the Institute of Network Cultures, MediaLAB Amsterdam and the Hogeschool van Amsterdam – University of Applied Sciences. It’s based on a similar initiative by MIT OpenCourseWare.

The aim of IAM open course ware is to make education material of Interactive Media available for everyone who is interested in it, or wants to use it for various purposes, preferably under a Creative Commons license. In short, this means you can freely reuse and distribute this content for as long you provide a proper attribution. You can think of material like videos, podcasts, syllabus, webcolleges, assignments, streams and publications, etc.

Interactive Media wants to be an example for other disciplines within the Hogeschool van Amsterdam And to emphasise how valuable it is to make education material public available for students, teachwea and actually for everybody.

Watch here the short dutch movie which has been made for Digitale Pioniers, who is suporting this project partially financial.
