Speed Dialogue about Networks, Borders and Commitment

Eugenio Tisselli sent me a few questions and remarks about the Ten Theses on Non-Democratic Electronics that Ned Rossiter and I recently wrote. Here is the dialogue. It deals with the question if networks have borders and if it is a good thing, or not, to set clear borders, rules and regulations. Are networks flourishing because of their vague borders, and informality? So what has to be done if you want to get serious and organize social action that does not vaporize within a few moments?

PS. I will be updating the interview file as stored under pages a few times as the conversation hasn’t finished yet.
