Mistress Koyo and Karla Grundick met in NYC in 2003 in an abondoned basement on 125th street, that used to be a heat transfer research facility. After their laptops struck up a comversation, Mistress Koyo and Karla Grundick quickly became friends and collaborators. They soldered together often. In 2005 one of their fans started stalking them while they were assembling a computer.
