Using Urban Screen to Enhancing Waiting Time Experience

With the aim of enhancing travellers waiting time experience WAIT.THINK! is a social online and offline platform for people who are traveling by train. The prototype is an interactive media solution that helps travellers with issues they might have, combined with important topics that ProRail (Dutch Railroad) wants to communicate. With a humorous tone of voice, funny suggestions and helpful information, this platform created by MediaLAB Amsterdam provides positivity on railway platforms.

WAIT.THINK! will broadcast small-animated stories on the new platform screens and launch the WAIT.THINK! mobile app where travelers can find interesting bites of content and where they can participate by uploading their own content.
