This Friday afternoon at the MoneyLab#2:Economies of Dissent symposium, Dmytri Kleiner and Baruch Gottlieb present instruments for Venture Communism.
Venture Communism is a means to construct a new society in the bosom of the old; to extract value from the capitalist exploitation chain and and put this value to use for the benefit of the many. Venture Communism proposes instruments such as communist bonds and peer-production licenses designed to help ‘scalably’ sustain and nurture communal production under conditions of prevailing neoliberal capitalism.
