About two weeks after the launch of our crowdfunding campaign, we are happy to announce that we reached 20% of our goal with €1049 collected!

The first INC crowdfunding campaign was launched almost two weeks ago. Its aim is to raise €5000 before December 22 in order to support the printing costs of the next MoneyLab Reader.

Part of the €1049 collected were raised during MoneyLab #3 where an offline campaign was run. People could donate money in one of our four jars and – ironically – support an “INC Team Building Trip to the Cayman Islands” or launder their money in a very special jar devoted to this purpose.

The fact that we collected €1049 is an encouraging sign. However, the campaign is not over yet and, in order to reach our goal before December 22, we need your support.

Thank you to the MoneyLab attendees who donated and supported the next MoneyLab Reader

We strongly believe that printing our publications facilitates the spreading of the crucial critical reflections on and understanding of digital technologies in society. As discussions about universal basic income, blockchain, platform cooperativism, cryptocurrencies, peer2peer distribution and financial surveillance are seeping into mainstream media, it’s important to continue to analyze and evaluate their social and political origins and futures. This is the objective of the next MoneyLab Reader and in order to make it a printed reality we need your support!

You can donate on our website or through our Eventbrite page!

To thank you for your support you will get exciting rewards such as an invitation to contribute to the direction of the MoneyLab Reader #2 or a meeting with Geert Lovink to talk about any topic of your choice.
